David Mesnick is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 20 years experience in owning and operating multiple outpatient physical therapy practices. David is originally from Toledo, Ohio and was raised ini Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. David graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a B.S. in Zoology and then again in 1999 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy.
David’s clinical emphasis is in manual osteopathic physical therapy with a focus on spine and sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SIJD). David is a board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) as well as a certified McKenzie Therapist (CMDT). He is also a Certified Functional Dry Needling Practitioner (FDN) and a certified Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) practitioner.
David has been featured on CNN Health (The 411 on physical therapy) and in Livestrong magazine. He has taught several continuing education courses to other health practitioners, including “An Innovative Approach to the Spine and Lower Extremities”. He also authored both articles, e-books and books on SI joint dysfunction.
David is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia (PTAG).
David sold his first company after successfully growing a 5-therapist PT practice in 2011 to businessman Arthur Blank; the then owner of Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy Centers. After working for Mr. Blank for 4 years, David founded PT 360, a cash-based physical therapy practice in Sandy Springs, GA. PT 360 will be servicing Alliance Sports Medicine on site starting July 2020.
When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and 2 boys Elijah and Miles. David is an avid sports fan of the Florida Gators and Cleveland sports teams.
